Our rapid and continuous growth has presented opportunities for self-motivated and customer-focused Spa Coordinators to assist clients at our state of the art medispa in Louisville, KY. 


Responsibilities Include:


  • Welcoming all clients with a warm greeting.
  • Scheduling and confirming all appointments and consultations.
  • Providing thorough and knowledgeable explanations of all aesthetic services and products in order to maximize sales and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for client appointments, maintaining all appointment files and ensuring that all records are appropriately distributed.
  • Evaluating chart data to verify all information has been received and completed, and signatures obtained.
  • Portraying the Calospa personal brand at all times as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by executive leadership.


Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability and desire to work collegially as part of the team.  Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in the absence of a manager are a must!  We offer an excellent benefit and compensation package!




  • Minimum of 5 years' strong customer service skills with a proven record of success required.
  • Experience working in a medispa or working with aesthetics a plus.
  • Experience in high end retail environment preferred.
  • Professional image aligned with Calospa personal brand.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Must be comfortable answering multi-line phone system and using computers daily


This listing is for a full-time position, 5 days a week, with alternating Saturdays.
